Common use of Tolls Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Tolls Reimbursement. Where an employee incurs any toll or similar fee in the course of travelling at the Employer’s direction, during working hours, an amount equivalent to the sum incurred by the employee will be reimbursed by the Employer immediately upon proof of such expenditure by the employee. The Employer shall reimburse the costs incurred by the employee in obtaining any itemised account.
