Tool Insurance and Allowance for Mechanics. (a) The Corporation shall provide insurance coverage on personal tools used by Mechanics in the performance of their duties to a maximum of seven thousand dollars ($7,000.00) per employee in the event of loss due to fire or theft, with a two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) deductible payable by the employee. The two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) deductible shall be subject to the policy contained in the 1983 February 14 Memorandum. To be eligible for the insurance coverage, each affected employee shall, on an annual basis, provide the Corporation with a list of tools that are retained at the workplace. (b) Subject to an annual non-accumulative limit of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) per affected employee, the Corporation shall reimburse Mechanics who are required to use their personal tools in the performance of their duties, for the replacement of broken (where not covered by warranty) or misplaced tools or for the purchase of new tools.

  • Xxxx Xxxxx Insurance (a) If an Employee is in receipt of an Incolink benefit and suffers a disability for a period of more than 14 days, they shall have access to a benefit under a policy procured by Incolink to reimburse domestic bills which the worker receives and pays during their disablement. (b) This policy will reimburse up to $250 per bill up to a maximum of $5,000 for all bills for any one period of disablement. (c) The Employer will pay a contribution on behalf of each Employee of $1.00 per week per Employee for the life of this Agreement in accordance with the relevant Incolink trust deed and/or Constitution and By-laws.
