Total Debt to EBITDA. As of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower, the Borrower will not permit the ratio of (a) Total Debt to (b) EBITDA for the four fiscal quarters then ending to exceed 3.50:1.00.
Total Debt to EBITDA. As of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower commencing with the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 1998, the ratio of Total Debt to EBITDA shall not exceed 3.00:1 at any time.
