TRACK MOVEMENT. Upon attainment of the necessary credits from graduate-level courses from a regionally/nationally accredited institution, an employee shall provide the central office with the necessary proof. For budgeting purposes, any teacher anticipating track movement for the following school year must notify the SAU #72 Office no later than October 1st of the school year preceding the year track movement is sought. Provided that notification was received by October 1st in the prior year the employee’s salary shall be adjusted for the pay period following receipt of official transcripts.

TRACK MOVEMENT. 1. The track movement guidelines are appended to the Agreement. It is understood that no teacher may move more than one track per school year.
TRACK MOVEMENT. Teachers who are not on the MA+30 Track will advance a Track on the salary schedule by attaining the defined level of graduate credits The cut-off date for notifying the Superintendent's Office of intention to move from one track to another on the salary scale is November 15th of the year preceding the change. The Superintendent's Office shall notify the staff member in writing that the request has been received, specifying the date received. Once all requirements are met, the member shall move to the appropriate track in the year of said change. Adjustments in salary shall be made within 30 calendar days from the District’s receipt of documentation. On or before September 15th, each member of the bargaining unit shall be notified of the total number of staff development clock hours and graduate credits on file as of June 30th in the Superintendent's Office. This notification will indicate the total number of hours/credits accumulated during the three-year certification period and also the total number of hours/credits accumulated for the purpose of moving to the next salary track.

  • Horizontal Movement The Board encourages all unit members to improve their skills through advanced training and, as an inducement thereto, provides extra compensation for those who do so successfully. The Board delegates to the Superintendent the responsibility for assuring that unit members comply with the following regulations when claiming credit for advanced studies.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Interconnection Customer Payments Not Taxable The Parties intend that all payments or property transfers made by the Interconnection Customer to the Participating TO for the installation of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and the Network Upgrades shall be non-taxable, either as contributions to capital, or as a refundable advance, in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws and shall not be taxable as contributions in aid of construction or otherwise under the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws.

  • Distribution System The Transmission Provider's facilities and equipment used to transmit electricity to ultimate usage points such as homes and industries directly from nearby generators or from interchanges with higher voltage transmission networks which transport bulk power over longer distances. The voltage levels at which Distribution Systems operate differ among areas. Distribution Upgrades – The additions, modifications, and upgrades to the Transmission Provider's Distribution System at or beyond the Point of Interconnection to facilitate interconnection of the Small Generating Facility and render the transmission service necessary to effect the Interconnection Customer's wholesale sale of electricity in interstate commerce. Distribution Upgrades do not include Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.
