Asset Schedule and Exception Report. With respect to any Mortgage Asset File, (1) the Mortgage Asset Schedule; (2) an inventory report listing each of the documents in the Mortgage Asset File being held by Custodian for the benefit of Buyer in respect thereof; and (3) a list of codes identifying all Exceptions related thereto.   • Exception Report As defined in the Custodial Agreement.
