Trade Marks licence. (a) The Principal will use its best endeavours to procure the grant to the Operator of a non- exclusive, royalty free, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable licence to use any Trade Marks during the Term in Australia for the limited purpose of applying those trademarks to the carrying out of the Services, in accordance with this Agreement.
Trade Marks licence. 42.1 The licence of the Trade Marks shall come into force on the Commencement Date and, subject to earlier termination, shall continue in force until the Expiry Date.
Trade Marks licence plant breeder’s rights and discoveries and all other intellectual property as defined in article 2 of the convention establishing the World Intellectual Property Organisation 1967. Term means:
