Trade Marks licence. (a) The Principal will use its best endeavours to procure the grant to the Operator of a non- exclusive, royalty free, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable licence to use any Trade Marks during the Term in Australia for the limited purpose of applying those trademarks to the carrying out of the Services, in accordance with this Agreement.
