Common use of Trade Union Training Leave Clause in Contracts

Trade Union Training Leave. The Company will grant Union Delegates up to 5 days paid leave per annum for the purposes of attending training courses provided by the Union.

Trade Union Training Leave. The Company will grant Union Delegates All union representatives shall be entitled to up to 5 five (5) days paid leave per annum to attend trade union training courses. Requests for the purposes of attending training courses provided by the Unionadditional leave to attend union approved conference shall not be unreasonably refused.

The Company will grant Employees who are nominated workplace representatives of the Union Delegates shall be granted up to 5 five (5) days paid leave per annum for the purposes of attending training calendar year to attend courses provided and seminars conducted and/or endorsed by the relevant Union.
