Traffic Control Requirements. The Developer shall be responsible for ensuring the provision, through Contractors or otherwise, of all traffic control devices, flaggers and police officers required to properly and safely maintain traffic during the construction of the Public Infrastructure Improvements. All traffic control devices shall be furnished, erected, maintained and removed in accordance with the Ohio Department of Transportation’s “Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devicesrelated to construction operations.

Traffic Control Requirements. Essential Energy maintains a large network of assets. These can be very close to the roadways and required traffic control services could range from moving sites requiring shadow traffic control, multiple traffic control set ups in one day or large construction projects disrupting traffic for long periods. The Contractor is responsible for the provision of the Services listed in this Specification The Contractor is required to commence work and set up the traffic control prior to Essential Energy employees arriving on site (up to 30 minutes) unless agreed otherwise in writing by Essential Energy. The Contractor is responsible for the safe management of traffic through or around the worksite to ensure the safety of Essential Energy employees, Contractor Personnel and the public. The Contractor and Energy must maintain open communication to ensure all risks are safely mitigated and controlled. Minor and Major Traffic Management is to be conducted utilising an Essential Energy authorised traffic management contractor.
Traffic Control Requirements. 1. The Contractor shall submit to the Transportation Management Division for approval, a temporary traffic control plan (TTCP) for all work occurring within the public right-of-way. All TTCPs shall be approved by the Transportation Management Division prior to the Design Builder beginning the field work. All work shall follow the City, State, and other requirements contained in these construction implementation and mitigations documents.

The City will provide standard Wilsonville Special Provisions for inclusion in the project special provisions. The order of precedence will be (1) Project Specific Special Provisions, (2) City of Wilsonville Special Provisions, (3) ODOT Special Provisions. City will add 60% plan review comments to comment log. Xxxxxx shall update comment log by providing a response to each comment and submit with the 90% construction documents (to be provided under Tasks 2.2 and 4.2).

  • Pollution Control Requirements If this Contract is for $100,000 or more, the CONSULTANT:

  • Export Control Regulations Buyer understands that Seller and the Goods are subject to the United States Export Administration Act, the Trading with the Enemy Act, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (in the case of Goods that are considered defense articles), and other laws and regulations of the United States of America (collectively, the “Regulations”), which Regulations are enforced, inter alia, by the United States Departments of Commerce, State and Treasury. The Regulations, in part, prohibit export or diversion of the Goods to certain countries. Xxxxx agrees to abide by all Regulations, including those concerning the resale and disposition of the Goods. Buyer warrants that it will not sell, transfer or support, directly or indirectly, or assist in any sale or transfer of any products or product technology in countries or to users concerning which such sale, transfer or support is not permitted under applicable Regulations. Buyer shall defend, hold harmless and indemnify Seller for any damages resulting to Seller from a breach of this paragraph by Xxxxx.

  • Personnel Requirements a. The CONTRACTOR shall secure, at the CONTRACTOR'S own expense, all personnel required to perform this Contract.

  • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Export Control Compliance User acknowledges that Center is an open laboratory for fundamental research that has many foreign persons as its employees and students. User understands and agrees that under no circumstances will User bring export control-listed items, or unpublished software source code or technical information in the form of defense articles or technical data regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), to Center. Use of Center or facilities for activity subject to the ITAR, including the development, assembly or fabrication of defense articles identified on the US Munitions List, is prohibited.

  • Quality control records and Documents The Contractor shall hand over a copy of all its quality control records and documents to the Authority’s Engineer before the Completion Certificate is issued pursuant to Clause 12.2. The Contractor shall submit Road Signage Plans to the Authority Engineer for approval at least 6 (six) months prior to expected completion of Project Highway.
