Traffic Signal Systems. The City shall continue to perform maintenance for traffic signal systems along the Exchanged Roadways and thereafter retain ownership of the traffic signal system along CSAH 000 (Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx) at the Maple Grove high school (see Exhibit B). Maintenance includes providing power to the signal systems, replacing the lamp on the luminaire extension, the fuse and the wire from the lamp to the load side of the meter socket of traffic signal systems as per accepted City maintenance practices.
Traffic Signal Systems. The County shall thereafter retain ownership of the traffic signal systems along the Revoked Municipal State Aid Streets (excluding those signals identified as MnDOT’s) and be responsible for maintenance and repair of the traffic control signal systems and their components at the expense of the County except for those items identified as the City’s responsibilities above (see Exhibit B).

For traffic signal 29 modifications at intersections controlled by the City of Phoenix, 15 Business Days prior to 30 implementing the proposed timing or phasing changes, Developer shall also submit the Traffic 31 Signal Modification Request to the City for review and comment. 1 Ten Business Days prior to implementing temporary phasing changes, Developer shall prepare 2 and submit a written Temporary Phasing Controller Programing Request to ADOT for approval. 3 ADOT will program the controller, no greater than 7 Business Days after receipt of the written 4 request, after which Developer may implement the temporary phasing. 5 Developer shall deliver permanent traffic signal cabinets to ADOT Traffic Operations, 0000 X. 0 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, for assembling and testing by ADOT within 30 Business 7 Days prior to scheduled traffic signal turn-on date. Upon successful testing, Developer will pick 8 up the cabinet for installation.
Traffic Signal Systems. Preliminary traffic signal systems designs shall be developed and simulation models utilized to analyze signal timing to evaluate traffic operations and optimize transportation system performance in accordance with the latest versions of the TxDOT Traffic Signals Manual, TxDOT Traffic Data and Analysis Manual, TxDOT Transportation Planning Manual, the Highway Capacity Manual - Transportation Research Board, and other associated State Manuals, as applicable.
