Training Programmes Notification. The Employer agrees to notify the Union of any training programme which the Employer may undertake with persons who are not employed by the Employer prior to the programme (for example, a student practicum training programme). The Employer agrees further that any training of a person not employed by the Employer shall not result in the reduction of hours of any employee.
