Transfer of Classified Information. 1. Classified Information shall be transferred normally by means of diplomatic, military and/or other cou- rier services approved by the Competent Security Authorities. The Receiving Party shall confirm in writing the receipt of Classified Information.
2. If a large consignment containing Classified Information is to be transferred the respective Compe- tent Security Authorities shall mutually agree on and approve the means of transportation, the route and security measures for each such case.
3. Other approved means of transfer or exchange of Classified Information, including electromagnetic transmission may be used if agreed upon by the Competent Security Authorities.
Transfer of Classified Information. (1) As a rule, Classified Information shall be transferred by means of diplomatic or military couriers or by other means satisfying the requirements of the national laws and regulations of the states of the Parties. The Receiving Party shall confirm in writing the receipt of Classified Information.
(2) Classified Information may be transmitted via protected telecommunication systems, networks or other electromagnetic means approved by the Competent Authorities and holding a duly issued certificate pursuant to the national laws and regulations of the state of either Party.
(3) Other approved means of transfer of Classified Information may only be used if agreed upon between the Competent Authorities.
(4) In case of transferring a large consignment containing Classified Information, the Competent Authorities shall mutually agree on and approve the means of transportation, the route and the other security measures.
Transfer of Classified Information. (1) Classified Information shall be transferred between the Parties in accordance with national laws and regulations of the Originating Party, through diplomatic channels or as otherwise mutually approved by the competent security authorities of the Parties.
(2) Information classified OGRANIČENO / HEMLIG/RESTRICTED may be transferred or transmitted by other means in accordance with national laws and regulations of the Originating Party.
(3) The Parties may, for implementation of this Agreement, mutually agree on a separate communication security arrangement for the purpose of regulating secure transmission of Classified Information and secure communication between them.
Transfer of Classified Information. 1. As a rule, Classified Information shall be transferred by means of diplomatic or military couriers.
2. Classified Information may be transmitted via protected telecommunication systems, networks or other electromagnetic means approved in accordance with national legislation and holding a duly issued certificate pursuant to the national laws and regulations of either Party.
3. Other means of transfer of Classified Information may only be used if agreed upon between the National Security Authorities of the Parties.
4. If necessary, the intelligence, security and police services of the Parties may, in accordance with national laws and regulations, exchange intelligence information directly with each other.
Transfer of Classified Information. 1. Classified Information shall be transferred by means of diplomatic or military couriers or by other means, approved in advance by the National Security Authorities / Competent Authorities in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in their states.
2. If transferred Classified Information is marked VISIŠKAI SLAPTAI / VRLO TAJNO / TOP SECRET or SLAPTAI / TAJNO / SECRET the Receiving Party shall confirm the receipt in writing. The receipt of other Classified Information shall be confirmed on request.
3. The Originating Party shall provide Classified Information to the Receiving Party in a form which is most suitable for its usage.
4. The Security and Intelligence Services of the Parties may directly exchange Classified Information in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the states of the Parties.
Transfer of Classified Information. 1. Classified Information shall be transferred between the Parties in accordance with the national laws, security regulations and procedures of the Party transmitting the Classified Information.
2. Unless otherwise mutually determined by the Parties, the method of transfer of Classified Information shall be through government to government channels. If the use of such channels would be impractical or would unduly delay receipt of the Classified Information, transfers may be undertaken by appropriately security cleared and authorised government officials furnished with a courier certificate issued by the Party forwarding the Classified Information.
3. The Parties may transfer Classified Information by secure electronic means in accordance with security procedures mutually determined by the Parties’ National Security Authorities.
Transfer of Classified Information. 1. Classified Information shall be transferred by diplomatic channels, military courier or other means agreed on by the Competent Security Authorities in accordance with the legislation of the state of the Party initiating the transfer. The Recipient Party shall acknowledge in writing the receipt of the Classified Information.
2. Classified Information shall be transferred electronically in cryptic form, by using the cryptographic methods and devices mutually accepted by the Competent Security Authorities in accordance with the legislation of the state of the Party.
3. If a large consignment containing Classified Information is to be transferred the Competent Security Authorities shall agree upon the means of transportation, the route and security measures for each such case.
Transfer of Classified Information. 1. Classified Information shall be transferred by means of diplomatic or military couriers or by other means, approved in advance by the National Security Authorities in accordance with national laws and regulations.
2. Electronic transmission of Classified Information shall be carried out through certified cryptographic means in accordance with national laws and regulations.
3. If transferred Classified Information is marked TAJNO / SECRET LUX and above, the Receiving Party shall confirm the receipt in writing. The receipt of other Classified Information shall be confirmed on request.
4. The Security and Intelligence Services of the Parties may directly exchange Classified Information in accordance with national laws and regulations.
Transfer of Classified Information. 1. If an Organization of one Party intends to transfer Classified Information to an Organization of the other Party, it shall request in advance from its Competent Authority a written confirmation that the Organization of the other Party has an appropriate Security Clearance.
2. The Competent Authority of one Party shall request a written confirmation from the Competent Authority of the other Party that the Organization of the other Party has an appropriate Security Clearance.
3. The decision to transfer Classified Information shall be taken on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the laws and other regulations of the State of each Party.
4. The transfer of Classified Information shall be carried out through diplomatic channels or any other means in accordance with the arrangements between the Parties. The receiving organization shall acknowledge the receipt of Classified Information.
5. In order to transfer Classified Information Carriers of considerable volume, the Drganizations shall agree on the mode of transportation, route, escorting modalities in accordance with the laws and other regulations of the States of the Parties.
Transfer of Classified Information. 9.1 Transfer of Classified Information under this Agreement shall be in accordance with the Laws and Policies of the Originating Party.
9.2 Unless otherwise mutually determined by the Parties, the method of transfer of Classified Information shall be through Government-to-Government channels. If the use of such channels would be impractical or in cases of urgency, the NSAs and respective CSAs of the Parties may mutually approve other methods for transfer of Classified Information.
9.3 The Parties shall ensure that the transfer of Classified Information in a physical form complies with the following requirements:
(a) the Parties shall register Classified Information transferred between them and shall provide upon request an extract of the relevant register to the other Party;
(b) Classified Information shall be packed and sealed in accordance with the Laws and Policies of the Party transferring the Classified Information;
(c) the Party transferring the Classified Information shall be provided with a receipt by the other Party on every occasion; and
(d) where a courier is used, the courier must be issued a certificate granted by the Party transferring the Classified Information.
9.4 When transferring Classified Information by electronic means the Parties shall use a method of encryption accepted by the respective NSAs or relevant CSAs in accordance with the Parties’ Laws and Policies.
9.5 The transfer of a significant amount of Classified Information under Articles 9.2 to 9.4 shall be organised between the Parties’ respective NSAs or relevant CSAs on a case-by-case basis.
