Transfer of Union Officers. A. City agrees to notify Local 145 as promptly as possible of the intended transfer of an employee who is a Local 145 officer. City agrees to meet with Local 145 at a mutually convenient time within ten working days after notice of the proposed transfer is delivered, if Local 145 requests a meeting, for the purpose of explaining the reasons for the transfer.
Transfer of Union Officers. 1. The City agrees to notify the Union as promptly as possible of the intended transfer of an employee who is a union officer. The City agrees to meet with the Union, as mutually convenient, within 10 days after notice is delivered, if the Union so requests, for the purpose of explaining the reasons for the transfer.
Transfer of Union Officers. The Company shall give the Union one (1) week's notice of any transfer or out of site assignment of a Union officer or Union official, except where there is an emergency and the assignment is for less than five (5) working days.
