Transfers Outside of Bargaining Unit. .01 An employee who voluntarily accepts a promotion or transfer to a position outside the scope of this Agreement shall maintain and continue to accumulate seniority for a period of six (6) months for the purpose of transferring back into the bargaining unit. During such period, the employee shall maintain his/her membership in the Union by submitting the current weekly dues.

Transfers Outside of Bargaining Unit. .01 (a) An employee who voluntarily accepts a permanent promotion or transfer to a position outside the scope of this Agreement shall maintain and continue to accumulate seniority for a period of six twelve (612) months for the purpose of transferring back into the bargaining unit. During unit provided during such period, the employee shall maintain elects to continue his/her membership in the Union by submitting the current weekly monthly dues. (The change in this provision will not apply to anyone who is paying dues on a mandatory basis, prior to February 19th, 1995).
