TRANSFERS, PROMOTIONS, AND DEMOTIONS. All transfers, promotions, or demotions must be cleared and approved by the Office of Non-Instructional Staffing. Employees transferring to a new position must notify their present supervisor two weeks prior to the effective date of the transfer. Every effort should be made to report to the new position at the beginning of the new pay period. TRANSFERS: When an employee is transferred or reassigned to a position in the same pay grade, he/she will receive no salary increase, except as outlined in 4(a) above.
