Transformer. The 115-34.5kV transformer is protected by two independent protection systems; one must be a transformer differential. If overcurrent protection is used for the other system, then both phase and ground time and instantaneous protection shall be provided. Each of the two schemes will operate separate lockout relays to trip and block the necessary breakers.
Transformer. Sub-station and Electrical installations and the accessories and wirings in respect of the Building Complex and the space required therefore, if installed.
Transformer. All transformers require high speed differential relay protection in addition to phase and ground time and instantaneous overcurrent protection. All microprocessor differential relays shall have phase and ground time and instantaneous overcurrent protection enabled. Transformer relay protection shall operate through a lockout (86) relay. Each transformer protective relay shall operate its own dedicated lockout relay. SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2544
Transformer. A transformer transfers energy from one circuit to another circuit and are used to increase or decrease voltage in an alternating current system- A transformer consists of two “windings”, or many turns of magnetically coupled wires or coils, placed very close together within an oil-cooled cylinder.
Transformer. An electromagnetic device comprising a magnetic circuit and both input and output windings and with primary winding voltages of [**] class or greater, a [**] and power ratings of [**] and both with and without a [**] included in the [**]. This shall include alternating current ("AC") [**] for [**] and [**] system transformers and [**] with primary voltages of [**] and above and power ratings of [**] and above and all for transmission and distribution of electric power. This shall not include other power devices such as [**].

Transformer. KVA with installation & connection to the Three-phase electric meter(s)
Transformer. Provide starters with 230/460 to 115 volt control transformers with one secondary fuse when required to reduce the voltage on control circuits to 120 volts or less. Provide a transformer conforming to NEMA ST 1.
Transformer. Sub-station and Electrical installations and the accessories and wirings in respect of the Building Complex and the space required therefore, if installed. Surveillance System in the entrance lobby of the New Buildings and any other place if so provided by the,Developer, Underground waterreservoir.SubmersibleWater pump with motor, wjtfiwater distribution pipes to the Overhead water tanks of the NewBuildings.
Transformer. Tenant will reimburse Landlord, following lien free ----------- completion of the Transformer, for the actual out-of-pocket costs of design, acquisition and installation of the Transformer. The actual costs with respect thereto be shall initially determined by Landlord, and documentation in support of such charges shall be submitted to Tenant in reasonably sufficient detail to enable Tenant to review Landlord's determination and calculation of such costs. Any dispute between the parties shall be resolved by Arbitration.
