Common use of Transitional Provisions Clause in Contracts

Transitional Provisions. Effective on the date of ratification of this agreement, employees with more than two (2) years of service, as defined in clause 15.02, shall be credited a one-time entitlement of thirty-seven decimal five zero (37.50) hours of vacation leave with pay.

Transitional Provisions. Effective on the date of ratification signing of this agreementthe Collective Agreement, employees with more than two (2) years of service, as defined in clause 15.02B11.03, shall be credited a one-time entitlement of thirty-seven decimal five zero (37.5037.5) hours of vacation leave with pay.
