Transitioning Employee Exclusion. A condition of receipt of the benefits set forth in this stipulation shall be that every affected employee report to work on the first day of his/her regularly scheduled shift. Failure to do so without authorization may result in ineligibility for the benefits set forth herein, in the County’s discretion.
