Transport and packaging. 8.1. The cost of transporting the Goods from the Seller's premises to the delivery address, as well as the costs related to any insurance and customs charges (where due) on exit and entry, shall normally be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed in the Contract, if necessary by referring to Incoterms rules. The use of Incoterms rules does not replace the Contract, but forms an integral part of it and must be clearly defined between Seller and Buyer and the precise delivery term must be specified.
8.2. The Seller will provide packaging in accordance with industry standards. The Seller is however exempt from any liability for loss or damage, which are not caused by the Seller's intentional misconduct or gross negligence and are not a direct and immediate consequence of the Seller's actions. For particular types of packaging, the additional cost indicated in the price list, where indicated, or in the order confirmation, will be added.
Transport and packaging a. The Supplier must pack the Goods properly for shipment to the delivery address. The Purchaser is entitled at all times to return the packaging materials (including the transport packaging materials) to the Supplier at the Supplier’s expense.
b. The Supplier shall collect all packaging materials used for the delivery or have the materials collected from the Purchaser at the Purchaser's first request, without being entitled to charge any costs in this respect.
c. It is the Supplier’s responsibility to process or destroy the packaging materials (including the transport packaging materials).
d. In the event that packing materials are processed or destroyed at the Supplier’s request, that will be done at the Supplier’s risk and expense.
e. In offering the Goods to be delivered for transport or in transporting them, the Supplier shall comply with any and all applicable rules and regulations in all countries through which the Goods to be delivered pass. The Supplier shall furnish all information required and desired by the Purchaser on the Goods, including but not limited to any information regarding or required for their handling, import, custom clearance or taxation.
f. Apart from the delivery address, the product names and code numbers used by the Purchaser with respect to the Goods to be delivered must be stated on all accompanying consignment papers with respect to the Goods. Failure to do so will entitle the Purchaser to reject the Goods

Transport and packaging. The BORROWER bears all costs for packaging, shipping, transport insurance, import costs and all expenses necessary to secure and maintain the LOANED EQUIPMENT. The LENDER provides the BORROWER with the necessary technical documents for the assembly, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the LOANED EQUIPMENT. Commissioning is carried out by the BORROWER under the supervision of the LENDER'S staff. Supervision of commissioning by the LENDER'S staff is carried out in accordance with the MS Standard Service Terms ("MS Standard Servicekonditionen") and is invoiced separately. In addition, during the loan period the LENDER is willing to the technical optimization of the LOANED EQUIPMENT in connection with its intended use, if so wished by the BORROWER.
Transport and packaging. 1 Unless agreed otherwise, the Other Party is responsible for transport in accordance with the statutory obligations and liabilities. Furthermore, it should ensure all the required transport documents. In case of transport of Waste, the required documents should be sent to TUSTI at least 1 day in advance of the Transport. 2 If the Other Party uses vehicles and/or containers or makes those available to implement any Agreement concluded with TUSTI, the Other Party guarantees that these vehicles and/or containers comply with all imposed statutory and other requirements. Furthermore, the Other Party shall keep the vehicles insured throughout the Agreement against statutory liability and all other possible risks.

It is the responsibility of the Borrowing Institution to pack and transport the object(s) on loan soundly so that the object(s) on loan will not in any way be damaged during transport and temporary storage. Unless otherwise agreed the Owner shall approve the Borrowing Institution’s choice of transport. In that connection the Borrowing Institution shall meet the Owner’s transport and packaging requirements.
Transport and packaging. 1. Consulting with each other and at the expense and risk of the borrower, the lender and borrower are responsible for the transport and packaging of the object.
2. Unless agreed otherwise, the object must be packaged in the same way on return as on the outward journey.
3. If the lender so wishes, the lender will be involved in the unpacking of the object, the fitting and dismantling of the object in the exhibition, and the repacking of the object.
Transport and packaging. 18.1 The SUPPLIER shall ensure the contractual products are packed properly for transportation. When doing so, the SUPPLIER shall comply with the ACPS Packaging Handbook and the packaging requirements stipulated in the ACPS Packaging Data Sheet. The SUPPLIER shall be liable to ACPS Automotive for any and all damage sustained in transit due to inappropriate packaging or failure to adhere to the packaging requirements.
18.2 For auxiliary materials (e.g. adhesives, primers, activators, etc.), the use -by date or shelf life and recommended storage temperature must be stated on each packaging unit. Products which can only be stored for a limited period of time (e.g. adhesives, chemicals, etc.) must be able to be used or processed for at least another 3 months following their delivery to ACPS Automotive. Goods where the period of time within which they must be used or processed is shorter will be rejected unless expressly otherwise agreed in writing between ACPS Automotive’s material requirements planning department and the SUPPLIER.
Transport and packaging. Unless otherwise stipulated, prices are quoted in bulk, ex works and excluding related costs. Packaging will be charged separately.
