Transport Fees – Portable Units. Transport fees are flat rates, categorized by zone based on distance from the Blue Sky facility to the Delivery and/or Relocation Address(es). Transport Fees are applied for (i) any and all transport of a Unit; (ii) empty vehicle travel from Blue Sky to the initial Delivery Address for moving/relocations pickups (see Storage Arrangement below); and (iii) transport that cannot be completed due to overweight units, unsuitable site conditions and/or incorrect address(es) provided by the customer, as detailed in sections below. For greater clarity, fees by arrangement are as follows:

Additional fees may apply for delivery during non-business hours or for special Unit placement requests (e.g. side or rear yards). Blue Sky may at its sole and absolute discretion increase transportation, special placement and/or fuel surcharge fees at any time without notice to the Customer. Blue Sky reserves the right to relocate a Customer’s Unit from one Blue Sky facility to another upon providing the Customer not less than one (1) month’s written notice. Upon Blue Sky’s successful delivery of such written notice to the Customer, the Customer shall have fourteen (14) days to object to the relocation and to provide Blue Sky with notice of non-renewal of the Rental Period. The Customer will not be charged for any relocation of the Unit from one Blue Sky facility to another; however, additional Transport Fees may apply in cases where such relocation results in a greater distance round-trip for returning a portable Unit to the Address at the end of the Rental Period.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • Fuel Surcharge NO FUEL SURCHARGES allowed during the term of this contract or any of its extensions. The Successful Contractor(s) will not xxxx Xxxxxxx County for any fuel surcharges throughout the term of this contract and its extensions.

  • Shared Transport The Shared Transport Network Element (“Shared Transport”) provides the collective interoffice transmission facilities shared by various Carriers (including Qwest) between end-office switches and between end-office switches and local tandem switches within the Local Calling Area. Shared Transport uses the existing routing tables resident in Qwest switches to carry the End User Customer’s originating and terminating local/extended area service interoffice Local traffic on the Qwest interoffice message trunk network. CLEC traffic will be carried on the same transmission facilities between end- office switches, between end-office switches and tandem switches and between tandem switches on the same network facilities that Qwest uses for its own traffic. Shared Transport does not include use of tandem switches or transport between tandem switches and end-office switches for Local Calls that originate from end users served by non- Qwest Telecommunications Carriers (“Carrier(s)”) which terminate to QLSP End Users.

  • Signaling Link Transport 9.3.1 Definition Signaling Link Transport is a set of two or four dedicated 56 Kbps. transmission paths between CLEC-designated Signaling Points of Interconnection (SPOI) that provides appropriate physical diversity.
