TRANSPORTATION AND PACKAGING. All prices submitted must be FOB Destination - Freight Prepaid and Allowed. By submitting their proposals, all offerors certify and warrant that the price offered for FOB destination includes only the actual freight rate costs at the lowest and best rate and is based upon the actual weight of the goods to be shipped. Except as otherwise specified herein, standard commercial packaging, packing and shipping containers shall be used. All shipping containers shall be legibly marked or labeled on the outside with purchase order number, commodity description, and quantity.

Packaging slips indicating contents, part number, P.O. number and vendor number are to be enclosed with each shipment. Any transportation charges paid by Seller with respect to which Xxxxxx is entitled to reimbursement shall be added to Seller’s invoice as a separate item and the receipt freight bill shall be attached thereto. Buyer shall have no obligation for all returna- ble containers that are returned to Seller within a reasonable time in the same condition as when received by Buyer, reasonable wear and tear excepted; the cost of returning such containers shall be borne by Seller. Seller covenants and warrants that the packaging of the goods or- dered herein shall be adequate for the transit of the goods in an undamaged condition. If the goods are not packaged, marked, shipped and routed in accordance with Buyer’s direction and the instructions set out in this order, Seller shall pay to Buyer any excess cost occasioned it thereby.

All shipping containers shall be legibly marked or labeled on the outside with purchase order number, commodity description and quantity. (NOT NORMALLY REQUIRED FOR SERVICE CONTRACTS.)
TRANSPORTATION AND PACKAGING. All Products will be shipped with commercial ---------------------------- packaging suitable for shipment via land, air or sea, as applicable, in standardized containers in accordance with Xerox standards and procedures. If requested, ACS agrees to assist Xerox or the forwarder selected by Xerox in arranging the most economical transportation from the ACS site from which the Products will be shipped.
TRANSPORTATION AND PACKAGING. If the goods are not packaged, marked, shipped and routed in accordance with Buyer’s direction and the instructions set out in this order, Seller shall pay to Buyer any excess cost occasioned if thereby.
TRANSPORTATION AND PACKAGING. The SUPPLIER shall be responsible for the protection of the products delivered by it and shall use suitable packaging/overpackaging or means of transport to ensure the integrity of the products (e.g. contamination, corrosion, chemical reactions). Upon delivery, both the packaging/overpackaging and the products themselves must be labeled in accordance with the agreements made with BÄR and BÄR's packaging regulations in force.
TRANSPORTATION AND PACKAGING. 5.1 The borrower is responsible for transporting the loan in consultation with the lender.
5.2 The lender decides how the loan must be packaged for transportation and ensures that this is done in the desired manner. The loan must be transported by a suitable shipping company that has been approved by the lender in advance. The loan must be packaged in the same manner for return transportation.
5.3 Return transportation will take place within seven days after the end of the exhibition unless otherwise agreed.
5.4 The lender sets the following further conditions for the transportation of the loan:

All shipments shall be described on shipping papers in accordance with the freight classification noted on this purchase order, or if not provided thereon, in accordance with the lowest rated nomenclature as set forth in the classification guide used by the carrier designated in this purchase order. Delivery is FOB Buyer's office unless otherwise specified. Seller shall consolidate on a single Bill of Lading.
