Transportation/Mobility Improvements. In addition to the public facility improvements provided for in Section 3 hereof, the Applicant and the City will cooperate in providing the following transportation and mobility improvements related to the Development: A. The Applicant shall construct, at the Applicant’s expense, a collector road (the “Connector Road” or “Xxxxxx Boulevard”) that will run west from U.S. Highway 17, through the City’s regional park site, into the Property and connect to County Road 15A. The four (4)-lane Connector Road section shall begin at U.S. Highway 17 and end at the roundabout, and a three (3)-lane Connector Road section, with center turn lane(s), shall be constructed from the roundabout to County Road 15A, as depicted on the conceptual plan attached hereto as Exhibit “B” and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Conceptual Plan”). A typical section for the Connector Road is attached hereto as Exhibit “C” and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Connector Road Typical Section”). The Applicant, its successors and assigns, shall pay for the cost of designing, permitting and constructing the Connector Road and shall receive road impact fee credits (or proportionate share or mobility fee credits, if applicable) equal to the actual cost of designing, permitting and constructing the Connector Road. Design of the Connector Road will conform to applicable requirements of the Florida Department of Transportation and the City. Once constructed, the Connector Road will be maintained by the City. The City will not issue certificates of occupancy for more than 231 residential units within the Development until either the Applicant completes construction of the Connector Road to U.S. 17 or provides a new traffic study if such connection to U.S. 17 cannot be achieved due to the location of the railroad tracks west of U.S. 17. In the event the Connector Road is not connected to U.S. Highway 17, the Applicant shall provide an updated traffic study that removes the U.S. Highway 17 connection prior to the City’s approval of a plat containing the 232nd lot within the Property. Following completion of such traffic study, the City and the Applicant will negotiate in good faith a transportation proportionate share agreement, pursuant to Section 163.3180(5)(h), Florida Statutes, to address roadway improvements needed to mitigate for project traffic impacts. The Applicant shall maintain the existing roads Bay Street, Cove Street, and Magnolia Avenue to its current condition during construction. C. The Applicant and the City agree that based on the Applicant’s traffic study submitted with the companion site plan application for the Property, no proportionate fair share, mobility, or other similar mitigation payment shall be due related to the Development’s projected impacts to the regional roadway network. D. The Applicant and the City agree that based on the Applicants parking study shared parking is vital to the success of the project. The City has determined that the parking requirement for the development is as follow i. 38 Residential Units; 1. 24 1- Bedroom Units 1.5 spaces per unit; require a total of 36 parking spaces. 2. 14 2- Bedroom units require 2 spaces per units; require a total of 28 parking spaces ii. 8,726 Square of Feet of Retail 1. 1 space per 250 square feet: require a total 34.9 parking spaces

  • Quality Improvement The Parties must develop QI activities specifically for the oversight of the requirements of this MOU, including, without limitation, any applicable performance measures and QI initiatives, including those to prevent duplication of services, as well as reports that track referrals, Member engagement, and service utilization. Such QI activities must include processes to monitor the extent to which Members are able to access mental health services across SMHS and NSMHS, and Covered Service utilization. The Parties must document these QI activities in policies and procedures.

  • School Improvement The parties do hereby mutually agree that the school improvement process currently in effect will continue. Any plan developed by the committees shall not be in conflict with the master agreement or board policy.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a. The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors and suppliers and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract. b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.

  • Solicitations for Subcontractors, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the contractor of the contractor's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, age, and disability/handicap.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Local Government for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier will be notified by the Local Government of the Local Government’s obligations under this Agreement and the Acts and Regulations relative to Nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

  • Tenant's Improvements If the Lessor is the Insuring Party, the Lessor shall not be required to insure Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations unless the item in question has become the property of Lessor under the terms of this Lease. If Lessee is the Insuring Party, the policy carried by Lessee under this Paragraph 8.3 shall insure Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.
