Transportation of furniture and effects. (i) Employee accompanied by family An employee with 2 family members (including the employee) is entitled to transportation of 50 cubic metres of furniture and effects. It is the responsibility of the employee to bear the costs for removal and insurance for any volume in excess of fifty cubic metres. An employee with more than 2 family members (including the employee) is entitled to the transportation of additional furniture and effects calculated on the basis of the number of members of the employee’s family. The additional entitlement is calculated in accordance with the following table: Number in Family Meterage Entitlement 3 or 4 60 cubic metres 5 65 cubic metres 6 70 cubic metres 7 75 cubic metres 8 80 cubic metres 9 85 cubic metres 10 90 cubic metres An employee with furniture and effects in excess of the relevant entitlement may seek approval for the Service to pay for the transportation of the actual volume of furniture and effects. The Service will only meet the additional costs if there are extenuating circumstances that would make the transportation of additional volume reasonable. To achieve the objectives of the Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties may focus, as a means of cooperation and negotiations on concluding a bilateral agreement on forestry cooperation between the two Parties. Such collaboration will be as follows: (a) exchanges on science and technology as well as policies and laws relating the sustainable use of forest resources; (b) cooperation in training programs, internships, exchange of experts and projects advisory; (c) advice and technical assistance to public institutions and organizations of the Parties on sustainable use of forest resources and environmental protection; (d) facilitating forest policy dialogue and technical cooperation under the Network of Sustainable Forest Management and Forest Rehabilitation in Asia- Pacific Region, initiated at the 15th Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Meeting; (e) encouraging joint studies, working visits, exchange of experiences, among others; and (f) others activities mutually agreed.

  • Air Transportation In accordance with the standard provision entitled International Air Transportation, any international travel requires prior written approval from the FHI360 contracts administrator.

  • TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL TIME 12.01 The Employer will provide transportation to and from jobs from the Employer’s shop. If an employee’s car is used for such transportation, the owner shall be paid fifty cents (50¢) per kilometre for such use.

  • Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Contractor understands that HHS does not tolerate any type of fraud, waste, or abuse. Violations of law, agency policies, or standards of ethical conduct will be investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken. All employees or contractors who have reasonable cause to believe that fraud, waste, or abuse has occurred (including misconduct by any HHS employee, Grantee officer, agent, employee, or subcontractor that would constitute fraud, waste, or abuse) are required to immediately report the questioned activity to the Health and Human Services Commission's Office of Inspector General. Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and System Agency policies regarding fraud, waste, and abuse including, but not limited to, HHS Circular C-027.   • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.

  • DELIVERY TERMS AND TRANSPORTATION CHARGES Deliverables shall be shipped F.O.B. point of delivery unless otherwise specified in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions.   • PROCUREMENT OF AGREEMENT CONSULTANT represents and warrants that no person or selling agent has been employed or retained by CONSULTANT to solicit or secure this Agreement upon an agreement or upon an understanding for a commission, percentage, a brokerage fee, contingent fee or any other compensation. CONSULTANT further represents and warrants that no payment, gift or thing of value has been made, given or promised to obtain this or any other agreement between the parties. CONSULTANT makes such representations and warranties to induce the COUNTY to enter into this Agreement and the COUNTY relies upon such representations and warranties in the execution hereof. For a breach or violation of such representations or warranties, the COUNTY shall have the right to annul this Agreement without liability, entitling the COUNTY to recover all monies paid hereunder and CONSULTANT shall not make claim for or be entitled to recover, any sum or sums otherwise due under this Agreement. This remedy, if effected, shall not constitute the sole remedy afforded the COUNTY for such falsity or breach, not shall it constitute a waiver of the COUNTY’s right to claim damages or otherwise refuse payment or to take any other action provided for by law or pursuant to this Agreement.
