Transportation to and from School. Bus services for students traveling within bus boundaries of service on Xxxxx AFB and courtesy travel by bus through established bus stops to and from Wheatland to be provided by Wheatland School District. The total cost of bus service is divided by students of actual use from the March 1 snapshot. The number of WCA students utilizing the bus service will be the rate of payment due by WCA to the District no later June 30.

Transportation to and from School. Car Riders Students who are transported in cars should be dropped off in the designated area of the school. The earliest drop off time is 7:00 am for students that have paid for morning care. The earliest drop off time for elementary students is 7:30 am (as well as their middle school siblings). The earliest drop off time for middle school students is 8:00 am. DAS takes no responsibility for students who are dropped off before 7:00 am. Students are not allowed to be dropped off before 7:30 am unless they have paid for morning care. When dropping off or picking a student up at arrival/dismissal time, please adhere to the following guidelines: ● Use designated lanes per the provided xxxxxxx maps, including entrances and exits ● Keep your child(ren) in the car until a staff member opens the car door to supervise their safe exit from the vehicle ● Drop your child(ren) off ONLY at the designated drop off location ● Do not change lanes while in the xxxxxxx for safety reasons ● Remain alert and proceed with caution while proceeding around the xxxxxxx Your cooperation with this person is expected to make arrival/dismissal as safe and efficient as possible. Students should not be dropped off later than 7:55 am for elementary students and 8:25 for middle school students each day. Failure to do so could result in a student being marked as tardy. Students who get out of the car before a staff member comes to let them out in the designated drop off area will receive conduct points. This is considered to be an unsafe act and the safety of all of our students and families is our top priority. Walkers DAS takes no responsibility for student walkers. Students who wish to be walkers must receive written permission from the administration. Students who are walkers are required to sign out when walking home daily. Skateboards, Roller Blades, and Scooters Skateboards, roller blades, and/or scooters, are not permitted on school property without written consent from the parent/guardian and approval from the administration. Students who use this mode of transportation will be required to sign out when walking home daily.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Transportation of Students Neither the University nor the District will provide transportation for candidates between the University and the District school. Each candidate shall be responsible for his or her transportation.

  • Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of 2400 - 0600 hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of forty cents (40 cents) per kilometre (to a maximum of fourteen dollars ($14.00) or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours. The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare. Where the Hospital requires the employee to travel between sites, the Hospital will pay for transportation costs of forty (40) cents per kilometre unless the Hospital provides transportation between sites.

  • Air Transportation In accordance with the standard provision entitled International Air Transportation, any international travel requires prior written approval from the FHI360 contracts administrator.
