Travel Advisory. If a student presents to school or develops any of these symptoms during the day, the parent/guardian will be called to pick him/her up immediately. The student will be monitored by a staff member, who is required to don appropriate personal protective equipment when entering the same room as the symptomatic child. This includes an N95 mask, face shield, gown, and gloves. • If a staff member develops any of these symptoms during the day, the employee will notify their immediate supervisor. • Transportation will need to be arranged by the parents/guardians, as the students will not be allowed to ride on the bus if they are exhibiting any of the above symptoms. Each district will need to identify an area for these students to wait until they can be picked up, where they are able to keep adequate social distancing (6 feet or more).

  • Consulting If the Executive agrees to the provisions of Section 14(e) above, then the Executive shall have the obligation to provide consulting services to the Company as an independent contractor, commencing on the Date of Termination and ending on the second anniversary of the Date of Termination (the “Consulting Period”). The Executive shall hold himself available at reasonable times and on reasonable notice to render such consulting services as may be so assigned to him by the Board or the Company’s then Chief Executive Officer; provided, however, that unless the parties otherwise agree, the consulting services rendered by the Executive during the Consulting Period shall not exceed twenty (20) hours each month; and, provided, further, that the consulting services rendered by the Executive during the Consulting Period shall in no event exceed twenty percent (20%) of the average level of services performed by the Executive for the Company over the thirty-six (36) month period immediately preceding the Executive’s Separation from Service (or the full period of services to the Company, if the Executive has been providing services to the Company for less than thirty-six (36) months). The Company agrees to use its best efforts during the Consulting Period to secure the benefit of the Executive’s consulting services so as to minimize the interference with the Executive’s other activities, including requiring the performance of consulting services at the Company’s offices only when such services may not be reasonably performed off-site by the Executive.

  • EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement.   • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Labour Management (a) No employee or group of employees will undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the University without the proper authorization of the Union. Neither will the University meet with any employee or group of employees undertaking to represent the Union without the authorization of the Union. In representing an employee or group of employees, an elected or appointed representative of the Union will speak for the Union.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Mobile Services Your use of the Send Money Service may include access to some products and services through a mobile device ("Mobile Services"). By using the Mobile Services, you agree to the following terms. You agree that we may send you information relative to Mobile Services through your communication service provider and that your communication service provider is acting as your agent in this capacity. You agree to provide a valid phone number, e-mail address, or other delivery location so that we may send you information related to the Mobile Services. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your provision of a phone number, e-mail address, or other delivery location that is not your own or your violation of applicable federal, state, or local law, regulation, or ordinance. Your obligation under this paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement. The Mobile Services are provided for your convenience and do not replace your account statement(s), which are the official record of your accounts. Delivery and receipt of information, including instructions for payment, transfer, and other money movement transactions through the Mobile Services may be delayed or impacted by factor(s) pertaining to your Internet service provider(s), phone carriers, other parties, or because of other reasons outside of our control. We will not be liable for losses or damages arising from any disclosure of account information to third parties, non-delivery, delayed delivery, misdirected delivery or mishandling of, or inaccurate content in, information and instructions sent through the Mobile Services. Additionally, not all of the products, services, or functionality described on the Site(s) and the Agreement are available when you use a mobile device. Therefore, you may not be eligible to use all the products, services or functionality described when you access or try to access them using a mobile device. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for any product, service, or functionality. Information available via the Mobile Services, including balance, transfer, and payment information, may differ from the information that is available directly through the CCCU online services and Site(s) without the use of a mobile device. Information available directly through the CCCU online services and Site(s) without the use of a mobile device may not be available via the Mobile Services, may be described using different terminology (including capitalized terms used in the Agreement or on our Site(s), or may be more current than the information available via the Mobile Services, including but not limited to account balance information. The method of entering instructions via the Mobile Services may also differ from the method of entering instructions directly through the Service without the use of a mobile device. Processing of payment and transfer instructions may take longer through the Mobile Services. We are not responsible for such differences, whether or not attributable to your use of the Mobile Services. Additionally, you agree that neither our service providers nor we will be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. You are responsible for any and all charges, including, but not limited to, fees associated with text messaging imposed by your communications service provider.

  • Attendance Management Days of absence arising out of a medically-established serious chronic condition, an ongoing course of treatment, a catastrophic event, absence for which WSIB benefits are payable, medically necessary surgical interventions, or days where the employee is asymptomatic and is under a doctor’s care from the commencement of symptoms for a confirmed communicable disease (and has provided medical substantiation of such symptoms) but is required to be absent under the Hospital or public health authority protocol, will not be counted for the purposes of being placed on, or progressing through, the steps of an attendance management program. Leaves covered under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 and leaves under Article 11 will not be counted for the purposes of being placed on, or progressing through, the steps of an attendance management program.
