Travel and Housing. Speaker will notify SUNY of Speaker’s travel arrangements, arrival times, lodging arrangements and other pertinent information concerning the Speaker’s whereabouts a reasonable time prior to the specified first performance time. Unless otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement, all transportation and housing arrangements will be made by Speaker, at Speaker’s expense. (d)
Travel and Housing. The Company shall pay all reasonable local housing, transportation and commutation expenses for the Executive and his spouse incurred in connection with the Executive rendering services to the Company. Reasonable commutation and transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, air travel between California and Chicago and an appropriate automobile for local transportation in the Chicago area. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all taxes payable by the Executive because of travel and housing payments by the Company, including tax reimbursement payments.
Travel and Housing. SunBridge will relocate the principal executive offices for SunBridge’s senior management team to Orange County, California. Such relocation shall be completed within a reasonable time upon location of acceptable office space. Reasonable out-of-pocket costs related to relocation of Xx. Xxxxxxx’ personal residence from Arkansas to Orange County, including, but not limited to selling, buying, packing, moving and transitional storage costs will be reimbursed. Until such relocation is completed, Xx. Xxxxxxx shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable travel and housing expenses incurred by him in connection with his performance of services pursuant to this Agreement. Xx. Xxxxxxx acknowledges that SHG has satisfied its obligations pursuant to this Section 4.

Such relocation shall be completed within a reasonable time upon location of acceptable office space as approved by the Board of Directors. Until such relocation is completed, Xx. Xxxxxx shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable travel and housing expenses incurred by him in connection with his performance of services pursuant to this Agreement. Xx. Xxxxxx shall be responsible for submitting receipts and other documentation to the Chairman of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors in accordance with Sun's normal reimbursement procedures.

Xxxxxxx by Sun. Until such relocation is completed, Xx. Xxxxxxx shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable travel and housing expenses incurred by him in connection with his performance of services pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with Sun’s normal reimbursement procedures.
Travel and Housing. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred for travel and housing as a result of commuting from Wellesley, Massachusetts where Executive's principle residence is located and New York, New York, where the Company's principal office is located. Reimbursement shall be made on a monthly basis.
Travel and Housing. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred for travel and housing including any out of pocket expenses incurred prior to this Employment Agreement related to the formation of CBM and/or the negotiation of an Agreement and License Agreement with Dan Qun Fang concerning the Bix-Xxxxxxxxxx Cardio-Diagnostic System. Reimbursement shall be made on a monthly basis.
Travel and Housing. Until otherwise mutually agreed by you and Benefitfocus, your primary work location during the term of your employment with Benefitfocus will be your residence in Chicago, IL. Benefitfocus will provide for payment of your reasonable and necessary expenses associated with travel to and from the Company’s office in Charleston, South Carolina. Travel and Housing. For a period of up to eighteen (18) months following the commencement date of your employment, Benefitfocus will provide for payment of your reasonable and necessary expenses associated with commuting to and from the Company’s primary office in Charleston, South Carolina. During such period the Company will also provide you with a private corporate apartment in Charleston.
