Common use of TRAVEL AND SUBSISTENCE Clause in Contracts

TRAVEL AND SUBSISTENCE. Section 13.1 Travel expenses, travel time, subsistence allowances and/or zone rates, and parking reimbursements shall not be applicable to work under this PLA, except to the extent provided for in Applicable Prevailing Wage Laws. Parking for employees covered by this PLA shall be provided by the Contractor(s) according to the provisions of the applicable Master Agreement(s).
