Travel Misconnection. If You miss Your scheduled onward travel connection during Your Journey due to the late arrival of the incoming scheduled Common Carrier and no alternative onward transportation is made available to You for more than the number of hours stated in the Schedule of Benefits from the actual arrival time, We will pay the amount stated in the Schedule of Benefits.

Travel Misconnection. We will pay You RM200.00 if Your confirmed onward connection on an aircraft is missed at the transfer point due to the late arrival of Your incoming aircraft, and no alternative onward transportation is available within 4 hours of Your arrival at the transfer point. You shall submit the travel misconnection details verified by the Scheduled Carrier or their handling agent(s)
Travel Misconnection. If You miss Your scheduled onward travel connection during Your Journey due to the late arrival of the incoming Scheduled Flight and no alternative onward transportation is made available to You within six (6) consecutive hours from the actual arrival time, We will reimburse all expenses incurred for food, drinks and Hotel accommodation which are charged to Your Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad Business Credit Card. 1. Written verification must be provided by and obtained from Scheduled Flight provider, clearly stating the Scheduled Flight is cancelled, or the reason of delay and period of delay; 2. For Benefit 5 (a) Travel Delay, the period of delay will be calculated from the original scheduled departure time of the Scheduled Flight as stated in the ticket or itinerary issued to You until the actual departure time of the Scheduled Flight or the first available alternative flight offered by the Schedule Flight provider, whichever is earlier. In the event no itinerary is issued, the calculation will be based on information provided the Schedule Flight as appeared in other formal documentation supplied or published by the flight provider which relates to the Journey; 3. For Benefit 5 (b) - Travel Misconnection, the period of delay will be calculated from the original scheduled arrival time of the Scheduled Flight as stated in the ticket or itinerary issued to You until the actual arrival time of the Scheduled Flight; 4. In respect to the same covered event, You can only claim from either Benefit 4 or 5;

  • Disconnection Upon termination of this Agreement, Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will take all appropriate steps to disconnect the Developer’s Large Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System. All costs required to effectuate such disconnection shall be borne by the terminating Party, unless such termination resulted from the non-terminating Party’s Default of this Agreement or such non-terminating Party otherwise is responsible for these costs under this Agreement.

  • Cross Connection For a collocation arrangement, the facilities between the collocating Party’s equipment and the equipment or facilities of the housing Party (such as the housing Party’s digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame, or other suitable frame or panel).

  • Connections HTC”s responsibility for service ends at the demarcation point. “Demarcation” means the point of meeting where the “hand-off” occurs between HTC’s system and Customer’s system. Facilities used by HTC in providing Services may be connected with terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer. In such a case, facilities and terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer or its customers shall be subject to mutually agreeable technical interface specifications.

  • DISCONNECTION OF SUPPLY 14.1 When can we arrange for disconnection?   • Load Shedding The systematic reduction of system demand by temporarily decreasing Load in response to a transmission system or area Capacity shortage, system instability, or voltage control considerations under the ISO OATT. Local Furnishing Bonds. Tax-exempt bonds issued by a Transmission Owner under an agreement between the Transmission Owner and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (“NYSERDA”), or its successor, or by a Transmission Owner itself, and pursuant to Section 142(f) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 142(f). Locality. A single LBMP Load Zone or set of adjacent LBMP Load Zones within one Transmission District within which a minimum level of Installed Capacity must be maintained. Local Reliability Rule. A Reliability Rule established by a Transmission Owner, and adopted by the NYSRC to meet specific reliability concerns in limited areas of the NYCA, including without limitation, special conditions and requirements applicable to nuclear plants and special requirements applicable to the New York City metropolitan area. Locational Based Marginal Pricing (“LBMP”). A pricing methodology under which the price of Energy at each location in the NYS Transmission System is equivalent to the cost to supply the next increment of Load at that location (i.e., the short-run marginal cost). The short-run marginal cost takes generation Bid Prices and the physical aspects of the NYS Transmission System into account. The short-run marginal cost also considers the impact of Out-of-Merit Generation (as measured by its Bid Price) resulting from the Congestion and Marginal Losses occurring on the NYS Transmission System which are associated with supplying an increment of Load. The term LBMP also means the price of Energy bought or sold in the LBMP Markets at a specific location.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Towing Contractor shall meet all requirements set forth in Title 46 CFR, Part 15 for Towing Assistance. Unless otherwise specified in the work request, Purchasers require a dead-ship tow plan to be approved by the Coast Guard in accordance with the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee for vessels over 50-feet, unless the Coast Guard deems the plan unnecessary. Contractor is responsible to obtain a tow plan and provide Purchaser with an approved copy at least one (1) business day prior to the tow. The plan is located on the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee’s website under the Safety Plan link on the left side of the page (xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/about). This site will have the most update version of the plan.
