Traveling Personnel. Unless otherwise specified by the Sheltering PHF/GACHPU or agreed to by the Participating Parties, it is mutually understood that the Sheltering PHF/GACHPU will provide for the needs of the Evacuating PHF/GACHPU’s personnel as necessary and appropriate, including transportation expenses for travel to and from the Participating PHF/GACHPU food, and lodging.

Traveling Personnel. CTP assigned to more than one school, who are required to use their own vehicle for interschool travel, will be reimbursed for all such travel during the school day, including noon time, at the rate allowable by the State to its employees, and set forth in section 54-06-09 of the North Dakota Century Code. No reimbursement will be made for home to school, or school to home travel, including noon hour. Payments will be made anytime as long as it is above $5.

  • Traveling Teachers 1. Each traveling teacher shall be given a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes to travel from one building to another. The fifteen (15) minutes shall come from the total student contact time of the traveling teacher.

  • Consultant Personnel Consultant shall provide adequate, experienced personnel, capable of and devoted to the successful performance of the Services under this Agreement. Consultant agrees to assign specific individuals to key positions. If deemed qualified, the Consultant is encouraged to hire City residents to fill vacant positions at all levels. Consultant agrees that, upon commencement of the Services to be performed under this Agreement, key personnel shall not be removed or replaced without prior written notice to the City. If key personnel are not available to perform the Services for a continuous period exceeding 30 calendar days, or are expected to devote substantially less effort to the Services than initially anticipated, Consultant shall immediately notify the City of same and shall, subject to the concurrence of the City, replace such personnel with personnel possessing substantially equal ability and qualifications.

  • Ancillary and Travel Expenses A. Except as otherwise provided in the Contract, no ancillary expenses incurred by the Contractor in connection with its provision of the Services or Deliverables will be reimbursed by the System Agency. Ancillary expenses include, but are not limited to costs associated with transportation, delivery, and insurance for each Deliverable.
