Treasurer/Controller. The Treasurer/Controller will oversee the accounting and audit process and perform other duties as required under Section 9.3 of the JPA Agreement. The Treasurer/Controller shall be the County of Marin Auditor/Controller, County of Marin Treasurer Tax Collector or the Finance Director of one of the Members. The term of the Treasurer/Controller will be set at the discretion of the Governing Board.

Treasurer/Controller. The Treasurer shall be the chief financial officer --------- ---------- of the Trust, and shall, subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and to any arrangement made by the Trustees with a custodian, investment adviser or manager, or transfer, shareholder servicing or similar agent, be in charge of the valuable papers of the Trust and shall have such other duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or by the Chairman of the Board. The Controller shall be the chief accounting officer of the Trust and shall be in charge of its books of account and accounting records. The Controller shall be responsible for preparation of financial statements of the Trust, and shall have such other duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or by the Chairman of the Board.
Treasurer/Controller a. The Treasurer shall be the County Auditor/Controller who shall also function as Controller ofthe Authority. b. The Treasurer shall serve as the depository and have custody ofall Authority funds and establish and maintain such books, records, funds, and accounts as may be required by reasonable accounting practice. The books and records ofthe Authority shall be open to inspection at all reasonable times to the Members. c. The Treasurer, within ninety (90) days after the close of each fiscal year (which shall be from July 1 to June 30), shall give a complete written report of all financial activities for such fiscal year to the Members. d. The Treasurer shall prepare such financial reports as may be directed by the Board. e. The Authority shall reimburse the Treasurer for all costs incurred in the fulfilment of these duties.
Treasurer/Controller. Pursuant to Section 6505.5 and 6505.6 of the Joint Powers Act, the Santa Xxxx County Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector is hereby designated as the Treasurer- Controller and, as such, shall perform the functions of the treasurer and the functions of the auditor of the Facilities Authority, as such functions are set forth in Section 6505.5
Treasurer/Controller. Pursuant to Section 13(b) of the Agreement and Government Code Sections 6505.5 and 6505.6, the Board shall appoint a qualified person to act as the Treasurer/Controller for the Authority. The Board may contract with a Member for provision of the services described in this Section 5.3 by a Member' s employee or to assist an Authority Director appointed as Treasurer/Controller pursuant to an agreement between the Member and the Authority. 5.3.1 The Treasurer/Controller is designated as the treasurer and controller for the Authority and shall be the depositary and shall have responsibility for the depositing and custody of all funds held by the Authority from any source. 5.3.2 The Treasurer/Controller shall possess the powers of, and shall perform those functions required by provisions of applicable law, including those duties described in the Agreement, and which may be prescribed by the Board or these Bylaws. 5.3.3 Pursuant to Section 17 of the Agreement and applicable law, all funds of the Authority shall be strictly and separately accounted for and regular reports shall be rendered of all receipts and disbursements at least quarterly during the fiscal year. The Treasurer shall provide strict accountability of said funds in accordance with Government Code sections 6505 and 6505.5 and all other applicable provisions of law, including any amendments thereto.

  • Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer The Treasurer shall have the custody of the Company funds and securities and shall keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books belonging to the Company and shall deposit all moneys and other valuable effects in the name and to the credit of the Company in such depositories as may be designated by the Board. The Treasurer shall disburse the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Board, taking proper vouchers for such disbursements, and shall render to the President and to the Board, at its regular meetings or when the Board so requires, an account of all of the Treasurer’s transactions and of the financial condition of the Company. The Assistant Treasurer, or if there shall be more than one, the Assistant Treasurers in the order determined by the Board (or if there be no such determination, then in the order of their election), shall, in the absence of the Treasurer or in the event of the Treasurer’s inability to act, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Treasurer and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board may from time to time prescribe.

  • Treasurer and Assistant Treasurers The Board, in its discretion, may elect a Treasurer and one or more Assistant Treasurers. The Treasurer shall keep or cause to be kept the books of account of the Company and shall render statements of the financial affairs of the Company in such form and as often as required by this Agreement, the Board or a President. The Treasurer, subject to the order of the Board, shall have the custody of all funds and securities of the Company. The Treasurer shall perform all other duties commonly incident to his office and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as this Agreement, the Board or a President, shall designate from time to time. The Assistant Treasurers shall exercise the power of the Treasurer during that Officer’s absence or inability or refusal to act. Each of the Assistant Treasurers shall possess the same power as the Treasurer to sign all certificates, contracts, obligations and other instruments of the Company. If no Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer is appointed and serving or in the absence of the appointed Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer, a President or such other Officer as the Board shall select, shall have the powers and duties conferred upon the Treasurer.

  • Chief Operating Officer The Chief Operating Officer shall be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Company and shall see to it that all orders of the Chief Executive Officer are carried into effect.

  • Assistant Treasurer The assistant treasurer shall in the absence or disability of the treasurer, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the treasurer and shall perform such other duties as the Board of Trustees or the chief executive officer may from time to time prescribe.

  • President Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall preside at all meetings of the shareholders and of the Trustees. Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall be the chief executive officer.
