Treatment Sessions. If it is decided together that your intake clinician is the best person to provide your behavioral health services, then treatment sessions will begin. If you begin treatment sessions, we will always strive to be a good guest in your life, which especially means that we will try our best not stay too long. Your therapist will usually schedule a number of weekly therapy sessions into the future, and he/she will periodically conduct treatment reviews with you to determine if the prescribed course of treatment is working, and if not, make adjustments. The exact number of sessions scheduled into the future will vary over the course of treatment and are dependent upon many different factors. Please know that if treatment is successfully completed prior to the completion of future scheduled sessions, then those sessions will be cancelled without any payment commitment.

Treatment Sessions. (a) Important information about your Treatment (i) Naturopathy today is science and evidence based and highly professional. Naturopathy sets out to restore health by addressing the underlying cause or causes of ill health. Rather than focusing one area of concern with a person, Naturopathy looks at the body as a whole. This includes the physical body and the emotions. The naturopath helps to guide balance back to the body and the mind by using non- invasive and safe treatments. (ii) My focus, as a naturopath, is to bring the body back into balance through nutritional and supplement advice, herbal medicine and lifestyle advice. Pathology testing may also be recommended. (iii) As a naturopath, I have a special interest in women's health, anxiety and stress, fatigue and migraine. (iv) It is important to understand that naturopaths cannot provide a diagnosis. There are also certain conditions which a naturopath is not able to treat as a primary health- carer (such as oncology). In these cases, I am happy to support clients with their condition, however I recommend that clients first seek appropriate health care services. (b) About our Sessions (i) What to expect in your sessions: 1. Initial Online Consultation You can expect a first consultation to take 60 to 90 minutes (45 minutes for children). During your initial consultation, I will take a very thorough wellness history, asking about your diet, lifestyle, stress, medical history and environmental exposures. This appointment is all about gathering as much information as possible, and you will be asked to complete a questionnaire before this first appointment.
Treatment Sessions. Therapy sessions are typically held once a week for forty-five to fifty minutes. Sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis until you and I mutually agree that a different time schedule is appropriate. Goals for therapy are determined within the first few sessions. These are periodically reviewed and refined. Concluding therapy occurs when we both agree that the goals have been satisfactorily addressed or there is some other reason to terminate, such as a required move. You have the right to terminate at any time. It is very important that you discuss your concerns with me for at least one session before you leave to allow optimal closure to your therapy and provide any additional information or resources that may be helpful to you.

  • Substance Abuse Treatment Information Substance abuse treatment information shall be maintained in compliance with 42 C.F.R. Part 2 if the Party or subcontractor(s) are Part 2 covered programs, or if substance abuse treatment information is received from a Part 2 covered program by the Party or subcontractor(s).

  • Vaccination and Inoculation ‌ (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees, including in-service seminars for employees. Where the Employer or Occupational Health and Safety Committee identifies high risk areas which expose employees to infectious or communicable diseases for which there are protective immunizations available, such immunizations shall be provided at no cost to the employee. The Committee may consult with the Medical Health Officer. Where the Medical Health Officer identifies such a risk, the immunization shall also be provided at no cost. The Employer shall provide Hepatitis B vaccine, free of charge, to those employees who may be exposed to bodily fluids or other sources of infection. (b) An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse effect on the employee's health.

  • National Treatment and Most-favoured-nation Treatment (1) Each Contracting Party shall accord to investments of investors of the other Contracting Party, treatment which shall not be less favourable than that accorded either to investments of its own or investments of investors of any third State. (2) In addition, each Contracting Party shall accord to investors of the other Contracting Party, including in respect of returns on their investments, treatment which shall not be less favourable than that accorded to investors of any third State.   • Treatment The Asset Representations Reviewer agrees to hold and treat Confidential Information given to it under this Agreement in confidence and under the terms and conditions of this Section 4.08, and will implement and maintain safeguards to further assure the confidentiality of the Confidential Information. The Confidential Information will not, without the prior consent of the Issuer and the Servicer, be disclosed or used by the Asset Representations Reviewer, or its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives or affiliates, including legal counsel (collectively, the “Information Recipients”) other than for the purposes of performing Reviews of Review Receivables or performing its obligations under this Agreement.   • CLEARANCE PATTERNS 7.1 The State shall develop separate clearance patterns for each of the following: Vendor Account Payroll Account AHS-PATH Account Unemployment Insurance Benefits Account Federal Highway Planning & Construction Program (Vendor Account) 7.2 The following shall develop the State's clearance patterns: The State of Vermont-Department of Finance and Management 7.3 The sources of data the State shall use when developing its clearance patterns are as follows: Vendor account-State's central accounting system Unemployment Insurance Benefits Account-Department of Labor bank records All other accounts-Bank files from the State Treasurer's Office 7.4 The State shall use the following methodology when developing its clearance patterns: When developing each clearance pattern, the State shall track at least 99% of the funds disbursed, from issuance to clearance, for a period of at least three months. 7.5 The State shall identify for each check or warrant (hereafter, check) in the population: (1) the date the check was released for payment; (2) the date the check was debited from the State's account, and, (3) the amount of the check. 7.6 The State shall use the following method to calculate the dollar-weighted average day of clearance: To determine the number of days each check was outstanding (clearance time), the issue date shall be subtracted from the date the check cleared the State's account. To determine the percentage of the disbursement paid out each day following issuance, the amount of the checks that clear the State's account each day shall be summed and then divided by the amount of the total disbursement. For each day following issuance, the clearance time of the checks paid out that day shall be multiplied by the percentage of the total disbursement those checks represent. This product is the clearance factor. The dollar-weighted average day of clearance for the disbursement shall be determined by summing the clearance factor of each day following the disbursement. 7.7 The State shall adjust each clearance pattern to reflect the dollar-weighted proportion of funds paid out by EFT/Direct payroll, with the following exceptions: All Accounts - An adjustment is not necessary since the State includes all payments in its clearance pattern calculations, including those paid electronically. The State shall also adjust each clearance pattern to reflect: n/a 7.8 Each of the State's clearance patterns is calculated in calendar days. 7.9 An authorized State official shall certify that each clearance pattern developed by the State accurately corresponds to the clearance activity of the programs to which it is applied. This certification shall be provided to the Fiscal Service prior to the effective date of the Agreement. The State shall recertify its clearance patterns at least every five years. 7.10 The State shall follow the procedures of 31 CFR 205 if it has actual or constructive knowledge, at any time, that a clearance pattern does not correspond to a program's clearance activity.

  • Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention and Control The hospital in consultation with the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) shall develop, establish and put into effect, musculoskeletal prevention and control measures, procedures, practices and training for the health and safety of employees.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.
