Tuition Waiver Program. A tuition waiver program is available to eligible Employees and provides a waiver of the full cost of tuition for up to six (6) credit hours per semester. 255 This program applies to tuition only; registration and other incidental fees which may be charged shall be borne by the Employee. The tuition waiver applies to expenses not covered by any other sources of education assistance or employer reimbursement programs. 256 The tuition waiver may be used in any semester during the academic year in which the Employee became eligible for the tuition waiver program, or during the following summer semester, regardless of appointment status.
