Twelve (12) Month Employee. Twelve (12) month employees with three or less years of service will be offered temporary assignment through the Human Resources Offices to fulfill their one year contract when accrued vacation is insufficient to cover non-service days.

Twelve (12) Month Employee. 20 All full-time 12-month employees shall be credited with days of vacation credit based on hours worked 21 during the calendar year September 1 to August 31. A full month shall be considered as fifteen (15) or 22 more working days.
