At Home Contact. When it becomes necessary for an on-duty member or manager to contact an off-duty employee relative to or in conjunction with the continuation of a program or service, an employee or manager may contact an off-duty member for the purpose of requesting information or direction and such off-duty member will be compensated for one (1) hour of compensatory time or overtime. An off-duty member who is contacted after 10:00 p.m. will be compensated for two (2) hours of compensatory time or overtime. The District manager will make every effort to cover all issues in one telephone call. In the event of repeat calls covering an extended time period when the employee is requested to stand by for follow-up calls, the District will pay for the entire time period at overtime. The contacted member will fill out a "B" form and a classified time-sheet requesting payment as overtime or compensatory time.

At Home Contact. At Home Contact. Employees shall be compensated for work related contact at home. An at-home contact will be paid in a fifteen (15) minute increment at a double-time rate. Contacts which qualify for pay will only be limited to either extremely urgent situations that cannot wait to be addressed until the following working day or contacts that are approved by the Division Supervisor. (a) When an employee is assigned to Stand-by Duty, compensation for calls at home shall be included as part of the minimum weekly base Stand-by pay. (b) Time spent on an electronic device connected to the Employer SCADA system shall be considered a phone call and paid at the minimum rate and shall apply to staff assigned to Stand-by Duty or other staff requested by a Supervisor to be available via electronic device after hours.

Abuse Contact Registry Operator shall provide to ICANN and publish on its website its accurate contact details including a valid email and mailing address as well as a primary contact for handling inquiries related to malicious conduct in the TLD, and will provide ICANN with prompt notice of any changes to such contact details.
Security Contact Operator shall provide the name and contact information of Operator's Security Contact on Exhibit F. The LEA may direct security concerns or questions to the Security Contact.
Customer Contact During the delivery phase of a Project Supplier may have direct communication with a Customer, limited solely to those communications necessary to affect provision of Services and/or Deliverables.

Emergency Contact CONTRACTOR shall have a responsible person available at, or reasonably near, the Project/Service on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, seven (7) days a week, who may be contacted in emergencies and in cases where immediate action must be taken to handle any problem that might arise. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the COUNTY’s Project Manager, the phone numbers and names of personnel designated to be contacted in cases of emergencies. This list shall contain the name of their supervisors responsible for work pertaining to this Agreement.
Secondary Contact Name Please identify the individual who will be secondarily responsible for all TIPS matters and inquiries for the duration of the contract.
Operational Contacts Each Interconnection Party shall designate, and provide to each other Interconnection Party contact information concerning, a representative to be responsible for addressing and resolving operational issues as they arise during the term of the Interconnection Service Agreement.
Relationship Management LAUSD expects Contractors and their Representatives to ensure that their business dealings with and/or on behalf of LAUSD are conducted in a manner that is above reproach.
