Type of assistance. 2.1. Participating OLAF staff shall provide the full range of XXXX’s assistance services, in accordance with the OLAF legislation, as far as required or requested. This includes providing operational and technical assistance and expertise to the criminal investigations, and providing and verifying information, including forensic data and analytical reports. 2.2. XXXX staff participating in the JIT may assist in all activities, in particular by providing administrative, documentary and logistical support, strategic, technical and forensic support, and tactical and operational expertise and advice to the members of the JIT, as required by the leader(s) of the team.
Type of assistance. The ways in which the Company may grant assistance for approved student includes the following: (a) Leave of absence (unpaid) may be granted to attend examinations, for residential components of education of lecture leave. Leave will only be approved if normal working commitments can be met. All such leave applications should be supported by a standard leave form. (b) Training or education at the Company’s request or direction will attract full reimbursement. (c) Course fees will only be reimbursed when receipt of evidence of successful completion of units/subjects for each year. For the purposes of this policy it is the discretion of the Financial Controller to approve reimbursement for Higher Education Contribution Scheme (HECS), student union fees, or other mandatory course fees. There is a maximum claim of $5,000 per year per student which is the sum total of all fees and expenses claimed. (d) 75% of the costs of essential text books will be reimbursed up to a maximum of $350 per annum, upon successful completion of each calendar year’s course work. Claims for reimbursement should be supported by evidence of essential nature of texts: (i) itemised receipts of expenditure; and (ii) evidence of successful completion of course work.

  • Duration of Assistance Program funds will be distributed as a one-time payment to the servicer.

  • Structure of Assistance The Program is envisioned as a revolving fund. The Program will make a five-year, non-recourse, zero-percent forgivable, non- amortizing loan in which a second lien is recorded on the property. Twenty percent of the loan will be forgiven for each year the loan is outstanding. If the property is sold or refinanced prior to the loan termination date, the Program will recover funds should sufficient equity be available from the transaction. The Program will recycle recovered funds in order to provide additional program assistance until December 31, 2017, at which time any recovered funds will be returned to Treasury.

  • Plan of Assistance The Plan of Assistance is designed to be helpful.   • Educational Assistance Section 1. Tuition reimbursement shall be provided to employees covered by this collective bargaining AGREEMENT under the same terms and conditions, policies and procedures as the rest of Hennepin County and reflecting a county–wide pool for funding. Where courses are required and certified by the appointing authority as essential to current job performance, such appointing authority shall grant 100% reimbursement for tuition, required fees and required study materials. Section 3. At the request of an employee, an Individual Development Plan shall be established. Any employee making the request shall be provided with paid time to work with their Supervisor or Human Resources to develop a training plan for career development within Hennepin County. Human Resources will be a source of career information, and postings, in which the employee may have an interest. Time allotted for this activity and the training plan adopted shall be subject to mutual agreement of the Employee and Supervisor.

  • Directory Assistance 72.1 The Parties acknowledge that CenturyLink is not a Directory Assistance (DA) provider. CenturyLink provides directory listings information for its subscribers to third party DA providers to be included in the national and local databases used by such third party providers. The Parties agree that to the extent the DA provider contracted by CLEC for DA services to CLEC’s subscribers also populates the national DA database, then CLEC’s DA listings have been made available to CenturyLink’s subscribers and no further effort is needed by either Party. If for any reason, CLEC desires that CenturyLink act as a middleman conduit for the placement of CLEC’s DA listings in the DA database(s), then CenturyLink shall provide such compensable DA listings service pursuant to separate written terms and conditions between CenturyLink and CLEC which will be attached to this Agreement as an Amendment.

  • Mandatory Assistance If a third party dispute or litigation, or both, arises out of, or relates in any way to the services provided to the City under a Contract, Contractor , its agents, officers, and employees agree to assist in resolving the dispute or litigation upon City’s request.
