Common use of Type of Employment Clause in Contracts

Type of Employment. For the purpose of this Agreement, the following are the types of employment: (i) Regular - Regular means employment where the employee is required on a continuous basis. (ii) Term - Term means employment where the employee is required for a specified period of more than 6 continuous months. (iii) Temporary – Temporary means employment where the employee is hired for a period anticipated to be not less than one year and not more than 3 years in accordance with the Civil Service Act.
