Types of Grievance. (a) An individual grievance is a grievance which involves a single individual. (b) A group grievance is one which involves two (2) or more employees. Such a grievance may be commenced as a group grievance, or similar individual grievances seeking a common redress may be consolidated as a group grievance. (c) A policy grievance is one involving a question of general application, administration or interpretation of this Agreement.
