(b) A group grievance is a grievance initiated by the Association on behalf of a group of identified Members. (c) A policy grievance is a grievance by the Association that may involve a matter of general policy or of general application of the Agreement. (d) An Association grievance is a grievance that directly affects the Association. (e) An Employer grievance is a grievance initiated by the Employer against a Member, group of Members, or the Association, that the Employer shall submit and address with the Association with respect to the grievance.
