Uncertified Sick Day Entitlement i) Employees are entitled to use a maximum of 7 days of uncertified sick leave days per calendar year. Any uncertified sick time beyond this will be unpaid days off.

Holiday Entitlement Employees who are laid off within seven (7) working days (except employees subject to dismissal through cause) prior to a Statutory Holiday occurring shall be entitled to such Statutory Holiday with pay. Also, employees who are absent either the day before or the day after a Statutory Holiday or both shall be entitled to such Statutory Holiday with pay provided they are absent for a reason of illness or accident.
Holiday Pay Entitlement To be entitled to receive a paid holiday, an eligible employee must be in payroll status on the normal work day immediately preceding and the normal work day immediately following the holiday(s). Payroll status shall be defined as follows: actually working, on paid vacation, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, or on a paid leave of absence. Any eligible employee who dies on a holiday or holiday weekend shall be entitled to be paid for the holiday(s).

Shift Premium Entitlement (a) Employees working an afternoon or night shift as identified in Clauses 15.1(a)(2) and 15.1(a)(3) shall receive a shift premium for all hours worked on the shift.
LOCATION WITHIN ENTERPRISE OR REINVESTMENT ZONE At the time of the Application Approval Date, the Land is within an area designated either as an enterprise zone, pursuant to Chapter 2303 of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, or a reinvestment zone, pursuant to Chapter 311 or 312 of the TEXAS TAX CODE. The legal description, and information concerning the designation, of such zone is attached to this Agreement as EXHIBIT 1 and is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
Payment of Charges All amounts chargeable to Borrower under Section 6 hereof shall be Obligations secured by all of the Collateral, shall be payable on demand and shall bear interest from the date such advance was made until paid in full at the rate applicable to Revolving Credit Loans from time to time.
Benefit Entitlement When an employee is on a WCB claim all benefits of the Agreement will continue to accrue. However, an employee off work on WCB claim shall receive net wages as defined by (A) above, and benefits equalling but not to exceed their normal entitlement had they not suffered a compensable injury. For the first twenty (20) work days on claim, an employee will accrue paid holidays and vacation credits. Once the claim exceeds twenty (20) work days, paid holidays and vacation credits will not accrue. However, unused vacation credits accrued prior to the claim shall not be lost as a result of this clause.
Repatriation of Mortal Remains In the event an Insured dies outside of his/her country of residence, the Insurer will pay up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) toward repatriation of the deceased’s remains to the deceased’s country of residence if the death resulted from a condition which would have been covered under the terms of the policy had the Insured survived. Coverage is limited to only those services and supplies necessary to prepare the deceased’s body and to transport the deceased to his country of residence. Arrangements must be coordinated in conjunction with USA Medical Services.
Entitlement to payment (i) An Employee shall be entitled to payment by the Employer for Ordinary Time Earnings lost through inclement weather for up to 32 hours in every four weeks. For the purpose of this sub-clause the following conditions shall apply:
Maximum Leave Entitlement Leaves taken under Clauses 20.2, 20.3 and 20.11 shall not exceed a total of 70 hours per calendar year, unless additional special leave is approved by the Employer.
