Uniform and Equipment Benefits. (for all Officers hired prior to 11/16/2005):‌ Each Officer covered by this Agreement that shall receive a Uniform allowance of $700.00 per fiscal year. The Village shall make the yearly uniform allowance available at the end of each fiscal quarter, with the payment for that quarter being equal to the amount of the receipt(s) showing proof of purchase or proof of maintenance of uniforms for that quarterly period, until the $700.00 limit is reached. At the end of each quarter, the Village shall provide covered employees with a statement showing the affected officers' remaining uniform allowances. Upon advance prior written approval of the Chief, an Officer may be permitted to purchase more than $700.00 in uniforms and/or acceptable equipment in one (1) year with the understanding that the Officer will be reimbursed for any amount over $700.00 in the following year. Whenever the Village reimburses an Officer that was hired before 11/16/2005, for the purchase of uniforms and/or acceptable equipment and the Officer's employment is terminated, either voluntarily or involuntarily, then the Officer is responsible for returning all uniforms and/or equipment up to the amount in which the Officer was previously reimbursed. Under no circumstances will a terminated Officer be required to return uniforms and/or equipment to cover past reimbursements totaling more than $1,400.00.

  • Specific Benefits Without limiting the generality of Section 3.3, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation of not less than the greater of (a) 20 business days per year or (b) the number of paid business vacation days provided to other senior executives of the Company (to be taken at reasonable times in accordance with the Company’s policies). Any accrued vacation not taken during any year may be carried forward to subsequent years; provided, that the Executive may not carry forward more than ten business days of unused vacation in any one year.

  • Standard Benefits During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans and programs, including paid vacations, generally available to other similarly situated Company executives, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.

  • Death Benefits Upon the Executive’s death during the Contract Period, the Executive’s estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.

  • Retirement Benefits Due to either investment or employment during the marriage, either the Husband or Wife: (check one)

  • WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.

  • Employment Benefits In addition to the Salary payable to the Executive hereunder, the Executive shall be entitled to the following benefits:

  • Exclusive Benefits Except as expressly provided in this Section 4 and subject to Section 5 hereof, the Executive shall not be entitled to any additional payments or benefits upon or in connection with the Executive’s termination of employment.

  • Relocation Benefits If the Executive moves his residence in order to pursue other business or employment opportunities during the Continuation Period and requests in writing that the Company provide relocation services, he will be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in that initial relocation (including taxes payable on the reimbursement) which are not reimbursed by another employer. Benefits under this provision will include assistance in selling the Executive's home and all other assistance and benefits which were customarily provided by the Company to transferred executives prior to the Change in Control.

  • Entitlement to Vacation Leave With Pay An employee is entitled to vacation leave with pay to the extent of his earned credits but an employee who has completed six (6) months of continuous employment may receive an advance of credits equivalent to the anticipated credits for the vacation year.

  • Layoff Benefits All rights to which a certificated employee was entitled at the time of his/her layoff including unused accumulated sick leave and credits toward leave eligibility will be restored to the certificated employee upon his/her return to active employment, and the certificated employee will be placed upon the proper step of the salary schedule for the certificated employee's current position according to the certificated employee's experience and education.
