Uniform and Laundry Allowance. 26.1. The parties agree in principle that employees not required to wear uniforms should not be entitled to uniform or laundry allowances. 26.2. The HPDOCG may consider whether, having regard to the merits of the case, it is reasonable for an identified group who is not required to wear uniforms to be paid a uniform or laundry allowance.
