Union COBRA Clause Samples

Union COBRA. With respect to Union Employees, other than those Union Employees set forth on Section 5.8(h) of the Company Disclosure Schedule and their dependents for which the Company shall remain liable for COBRA continuation coverage under section 4980B of the Code, effective as of the Closing Date, Buyer shall assume liabilities with respect to the obligation to provide COBRA continuation coverage under section 4980B of the Code.
