UNION COMMITTEE AND REPRESENTATION. 8.01 The Union may elect or select a bargaining committee to a maximum of two (2). The two (2) committee members shall be paid their regular rate for all regularly scheduled working hours lost due to attending negotiation meetings with management, up to the time application is made for conciliation services and the services of the conciliation officer are used.
