Union Conventions/Conferences. 28.01 Two (2) duly elected Union delegates or alternates shall be granted time off without pay, not to exceed five (5) days, per calendar year, for the purpose of attending Union related seminars, conventions, etc. Leave requests shall not be unreasonably denied but shall be limited according to the operational needs of the Employer.
