Common use of Union Interview Clause in Contracts

Union Interview. D.01 The Hospital shall advise the Bargaining Unit President or their designee, with thirty (30) days notice, of the time during general hospital orientation to interview newly hired Nurses as required in Clause 5.06. Such interview shall be conducted during the first three (3) days of the new Nurse’s orientation program.
