UNION-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS. The Parties agree to establish the Labour - Management Committee to meet from time to time to exchange information and review issues relating to the Collective Agreement. The parties agree that these meetings will take place at least every two months. Where problems, or concerns, are identified relating to the Collective Agreement, the Parties will attempt to reach a resolution.
