Common use of Union Regulations Clause in Contracts

Union Regulations. 6.01 An Instructor who, in accordance with the provisions of the Collective Agreement, holds an employment contract at the time of signing of the Collective Agreement, or who later obtains one, shall remain or become a member of the Union. An Instructor must remain a member of the Union, as long as her or his name appears on the rank order (seniority) list of the Centre for Continuing Education, for the entire duration of the Collective Agreement.
