International Training Fund. The Employer(s) agree to contribute the amount established in the respective wage schedule per hour for every hour of labour worked by his Employee(s) to the United Association International Training Trust Fund.
International Training Fund. During the term of this Agreement, and any extensions or renewals thereof, the Employers shall make payments to the Cement Masons’ and Plasterers’ Joint Trust Funds in the amount designated for International Training Fund (ITF) in Appendix A of this Agreement. The Cement Masons’ and Plasterers’ Joint Trust Funds third party administrator shall forward the ITF contributions, along with a detailed report, to the OPCMIA International Training Fund each month. Each signatory Employer agrees to be bound by all rules, regulations and procedures adopted by the ITF Board of Trustees and all actions taken by them within the scope of their authority. Each signatory Employer also authorizes the parties to the ITF Trust Agreement to appoint Trustees and successor Trustees to administer the Trust Fund and hereby ratifies and accepts the Trustees so appointed as if made by the Employer.
International Training Fund. The Employer and the Union do hereby agree to contribute to the International Training Fund for manpower development, the training of apprentices and journeymen, as well as research and technological studies in connection with manpower development or training or both. In addition to the Employer’s obligation to contribute to a local apprenticeship or training fund, as provided in Zone I or Zone II Appendix A or Appendix B of this agreement, the Employer hereby agrees to pay and contribute to the International Training Fund the sum of ten cents ($0.10) per hour for each hour of work performed by all employees covered by this Agreement in the employ of the Employer. The International Training Fund shall be controlled and administered by a Board of Trustees composed of an equal number of Employer and Union representatives. The Employer and the Union agree to continue the International Training Fund for the training of apprentices and journeymen and to be bound by all legally constituted trusts relating to the International Training Fund.
International Training Fund. A) Commencing on May 31, 2004 and continuing for the duration of this Collective Bargaining Agreement and during any negotiations for a successor to this Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Employer agrees to contribute to the International Training Fund five cents ($0.05) for each hour, or portion thereof, for which an Employee works. (Each overtime hour shall be counted as one regular hour which contributions are payable.)
B) Contributions set forth in subparagraph (A) shall be paid starting with the Employee’s first day of employment in a job classification covered by this Collective Bargaining Agreement.
C) The payments required by subparagraph (A) shall be made to the “International Training Fund” maintained under a Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust (“Trust”). The Employer agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions of the Trust and the terms of the Trust are incorporated into this Collective Bargaining Agreement by reference. The Employer ratifies, accepts and designates as its representative the Employer Trustees serving under the terms of the Trust as well as such future Employer Trustees who may be appointed pursuant to the terms of the Trust. The Employer hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Trust.
D) It is agreed that all contributions shall be made at such time and in such manner as the Trustees require, and the Trustees shall have authority to retain an accountant or accounting firm to perform payroll audits of the Employer to determine whether the correct amount of contributions have been made or to determine whether contributions have been made on behalf of all Employees covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
E) If an Employer fails to make contributions as set forth in subparagraph (A) within 15 days of the end of the month during which the work was performed, the Union shall have the right to take whatever steps are necessary to secure compliance, any provision of this Collective Bargaining Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding. In addition, the Employer shall be liable for interest and liquidated damages as provided in the Trust. If a lawsuit is filed, the Employer shall also be liable for all costs and expenses of collecting payments due, together with attorneys’ fees, audit costs and court costs. The Employer’s liability for payment hereunder shall not be subject to the grievance or arbitration procedure or the “no-strike” clause provided under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
International Training Fund. The employers will contribute three cents ($0.03) per hour on all classifications of employees (journeyman, apprentices, helper trainees, and applicants) for all hours worked in covered employment to the Roofers and Waterproofers Research and Education Joint Trust Fund.
International Training Fund. The Employer shall make a deduction of $0.10 (ten cents) per hour for the International Training Fund collectively referred to as ITF.
International Training Fund. The Employers will contribute six cents ($0.06) per hour on all classifications of employees (journeyman, apprentices, helper trainees, and applicants) for all hours worked in covered employment to the Roofers and Waterproofers Research and Education Joint Trust Fund.
International Training Fund. The Employer shall contribute the sum of f i v e c e n t s (5¢) per hour earned by each employee covered by this Agreement, as the Employers contribution to a mutually trusteed International Training Fund for the duration of the Collective Agreement.
International Training Fund. Each signatory employer shall contribute a sum pursuant to the UBC Constitution Section 43, C to xxx Xxxxxxxxxx International Training Fund (CITF) the amount listed in the Schedule “A” (Wage Rates) for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement. Each individual employer agrees to be bound by the Agreement and Declaration of the trust for xxx Xxxxxxxxxx International Training Fund dated March 1, 2015, as it exists and as it may be amended or restated at any time, and to such rules, regulations and other governing documents adopted pursuant to the aforementioned trust.
International Training Fund. 149. Employers signatory to this agreement hereby agree to make contributions to the International Training Fund for all hours worked by all employees whose wages are covered by this collective bargaining agreement in accordance with Article XXI and XL, and transmit these monies with other sums as outlined in Article XXI and XL. This sum is then to be allocated and sent by the Central Depository to the Trustees of the International Training Fund as indicated. 150. Each Employer signatory or otherwise bound to this Agreement agrees to become party to the current Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust establishing the International Training Fund and further agrees to be bound by the Declaration of Trust and any amendments adopted thereto.
