Common use of UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS Clause in Contracts

UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS. 22.01 Duly authorized full-time representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit the unit, after notifying the President or his designate, for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented.

UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS. 22.01 18.01 Duly authorized full-time representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit all areas of the unit, after notifying Employer's premises to which the President or his designatebargaining unit employees normally have access, for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees employees, and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented. Such visits shall only occur after the said representative has notified the manager or their designated representative.

Union Representatives agree to notify the Company prior to their visit. Such visits shall not unduly disrupt operations.
