UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS. A Union Representative shall be permitted visitation rights after first notifying the administrator or designate upon arrival in order to oversee the terms of the Collective Agreement and interview employees. Interviews shall only be: (a) carried on in a place designated by management; (b) held whenever possible during the employee’s lunch period. However, if this is not practical; (c) during regular working hours. Time taken for such interview in excess of five (5) minutes shall not be on the Employer’s time, unless with the specific approval of management; (d) held at such times as will not interfere with service to the residents/participants.
