Subject to the terms of this Agreement, upon prior notification to the Program Manager or designate, authorized Representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit all work areas of the Employer's operations, with minimal disruption to the consumers or the employees, for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees, and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented.
